Greetings and welcome to the online home of the Rising Sun Inn, situated in the Parish of Altarnun, on the North East edge of Bodmin Moor in North Cornwall.
We are a 16th Century moorland Inn & Restaurant, featuring locally produced ales and serving fresh and innovative meals in a warm and inviting traditional pub atmosphere.
We are ideally situated between the North and South Cornwall coasts, smack in the middle of prime walking, cycling and horse-riding countryside. We have a small campsite, so you can also stay with us as long as you like!
